I have been with Reliant Rehabilitation for 13 years and love my job and therapy team. I have been blessed to work under 2 Awesome Regional Directors and have learned and grown so much over the years. I look forward to many more years with the company.

There's a lot of push for productivity. It seems to be a higher priority than patient outcomes. There is a lot expected of DORs on the administrative side and I feel pressured to work off the clock so that my facility doesn't look bad on paper.

Pay cuts every couple years, 9% cut for assistants just yesterday, unrealistic productivity requirements, low minutes for patient treatments in therapy (not getting the time they need).

I am another warm body to fill a role

Positive approach, very supportive, but still has to pass down pressures being put on them for getting the most out of the therapists for the least compensation.

Good communication, they are doing the best they can on the facility level.

Communication. If there is a job posted and a candidate expresses interest, applies, interviews for a job and you hire them, do not make them wait with no communication for over a month!

realistic expectations from clinicians, pay raises instead of cuts, caring about patients for more than their reimbursement value

That I have good insurance coverage with a wide in network group of providers.

I stuck with the company after THREE payouts under some of the most stressful times in history. I left and came back to work for them to make my original hourly rate from 5 years prior! I would feel better if I was paid more!

I never got paid for a day I was asked to come into work by the DOR.

If I was paid for ALL the work I do to keep things running and if I could get a true day off.

Getting paid $13 less an hour than my highest paid job.

a cost of living raise every year.

When i say my team im talking about my therapy team. They are awesome and hard working The regional manager, and above, etc are verbally threatening but sneaky about it

We truly are a team and work together for the betterment of our residents.

Friendly, supportive, dedicated to their work.

Work well together, really work as a team.

the people I interact with daily, whom I consider my coworkers, are awesome. They are the only reason I stay here.

The language being used to tell us we're not doing enough.

Honestly nothing positive about the company at large.

It was quick and easy

The ability to ask questions and have my questions answered.

It was fast, easy to schedule, and the RDO showed up for it.

Just a phone interview, standard questions.

they just want a warm body for the right price

The patients. Seeing them improve and seeing how much they appreciate the effort we put into their wellbeing.

Poor communication. No one has integrity

Employees not valued, underpaid, overworked, unrealistic expectations.

I am held to unrealistic productivity standards for the caseload I hold. 29 patients a day, all individual, and 90% patient contact hours? ha. Free labor, anyone?
