Positive approach, very supportive, but still has to pass down pressures being put on them for getting the most out of the therapists for the least compensation.

Good communication, they are doing the best they can on the facility level.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. If there is a job posted and a candidate expresses interest, applies, interviews for a job and you hire them, do not make them wait with no communication for over a month!
