Do as I say not as I do and all the extra support is stuff like virtual yoga - nothing of any substance that would actually HELP a person improve their life or well-being!

All salary data for this position and years of experience (Comparably included) suggests I am underpaid by about 40%. It isn't a small gap between my current salary and the majority of averages I come across, accounting for region and years of experience.

Less superficiality. Honesty and integrity are part of the mission of RELX and Elsevier but these qualities are punished not rewarded
A big step would be actually efforts to pay the female employees equally, not just dance around the subject with convoluted power points describing all they are going to do or why is such a complex matter.
