My team is supportive, compassionate, and thoughtful. We work to connect cross-organizationally to stay aligned and step up to help each other whenever there is a need. I feel really grateful for the support of my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company values are embedded in our culture. I joined Remitly nearly three years ago because of the Empathetic Parntership and Joyfulness values. Three years in and I'm grateful for the presence of these in our meetings, projects, and events.
