Site leaderships (specially Managua) should learn about how to better address hybrid mode instead of just trying to get rid of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I roll up directly to Seattle team (am based on Managua) and the rest of my team are in London, Manila and USA (out of seattle). we still are able to carry out our job, take care of each other and support us at any time.
