At least my team always seeks to work aligned with the company's values and therefore we coordinate to do good teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I consider that I carry out many tasks for which my salary does not compensate, I consider that if I had a lower workload then my salary would be fine, I feel that I do not need to earn more money as long as several tasks that correspond to other areas were not assigned to me.
