It is easy to engage with stakeholders and decision makers, get advice and insights with help needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not my case but there is not an equal compensation among roles in upper management, sometimes the salary gaps are big. Compensation should be equal based on the role.
