I feel good but I think Remitly should improve a lot of things, for instance giving chances of learning a different language, specially French, please accept letters from language courses as special exceptions on shift bids or, please provide French classes, also the food vendors needs to be changed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if you get overtime to us and give us more work instead of giving our work to other sites like Colombia, I feel I should apply somewhere else
