I am expected to complete the tasks of a senior, when I am not.

The constant changes makes me feel challenged, and that makes me feel challenged which I truly enjoy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that their hasn't been a true study conducted to identify how much should be paid in x role. For e.g: Increasing someone's pay only 10% vs having an establish salary set for a role, this causes drastic discrepencies in salary for the same role, with a variance of ~20%.
