It has its pros and cons. I have been very blessed with opportunities, but still there are major gaps in the data management, communication between departments and work environment, I don't find myself motivated, but actually limited ot what we can work with.

Stop acting like a fachade and just tring to impress the people in power
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Clear communication, honesty, transparency, not to withold information, stop the gossiping, really collaborating as a team
