Since I started to work at Remitly I have been appreciated and compensated by my knowledge and great work. I have been in four different departments due to my achievements within the company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that we always have sessions where we calibrate the processes. We are open to feedback to improve as a team and as a company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best we have is the young spirit and the desire to learn more every day from the company and sharing experiences of how to solve common work issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy the most is to be able to resolve the transfers issues and to know the funds will be received by the beneficiaries in a timely manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Something I feel undervalued is since we are located abroad (No is U.S.A) our salary rate is lower when we do the same as a U.S.A associate or Executive does. I would appreciate we can re-evaluate the hour paid time. And I am not aiming to be like U.S.A rate but better than the one we have now.
