we have a lot of self-learned people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
having managers that are able to recognize the talented people and help them to grow in the company providing feedback and support in the process
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
have the managers being an empathetic partner, managing people is not just about numbers, keep in mind that once you put associated under a high volume of stress you are affecting the emotional health.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My last team manager (from october to december ) was bringing her favorite associate to the team and getting him as a POC which is sending the motivation to the trash. Please try to avoid this behavior in team managers in the future.
