There's a general understanding of each other and ability to listen and discuss things

The base rate is great already but the additional perks like the equity offset, RRSP match, health benefits, extended PTO are amazing!

It's very open and flexible, everybody can remain exactly who they are outside of work. It's pleasent to be at work and come to work every day.
