I like that they are actively involved and connected to day to day work. They aren't afraid to admit failure and pivot in order to stay competitive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock heavy compensation provides a lot of upside when the company is doing well! I feel that the salary as well as market-based adjustments are more than fair
What are some of the best things about your team?
On several teams I've been a part of, I've formed genuine bonds with my teammates where there was an interest in life outside of work. Generally just a very supportive and engaging environment
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on interesting and challenging problems. The fact that we use pretty up to date technology reduces a lot of frustration, and makes the day to day experience as smooth as possible
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Real people with real lives. Everyone cares about what they do at work, and has a lot that they care about outside of work. Brings an authenticity to the work that makes it feel much more meaningful
