What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. You should review the holiday compensation. The modification made affects our economy and all the compensation should increase not decrease, and now the calculation is wrong. you should review with the financial advisors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For me some separation reasons compared with the hard work that some former employees did for this company, are unfair, and for me the company is losing exceptional people. Customer centricity should start at home, compassion with our people, will impact the company in a positive way.
