It is fair and quite higher than other companies however considering the work load we have I hope it can be increased.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are recognizing people's achievement and contribution to the company. I also love how they always ensure the agent and higher management do connect sessions to keep in touch.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I have been with for the previous quarter are all great, they are approachable and ensure everyone gets the help they need. The team managers are effective and ensure we get communicated and coached every time we need them and their discussion is not only limited to your performance.
