While the salary for the positions are fair but on the low side, the benefits is what makes up for it. 100% paid premiums for health/dental/vision insurance. Other perks like the "live/work stipend" and One Medical are nice can keep individuals from spending from their paycheck for these things.
The company is close-knit enough that if employees raise concerns about the benefit packages or company offerings, they can make adjustments based on that feedback. It's been great to see concerns addressed rather than explained away!

Our health insurance is amazing. I haven't had to worry about healthcare since starting at Reverb, and that is amazing. The People Team is also great at finding extra benefits for mental and physical health and financial wellbeing.
