Ricoh USA – They can give better raises. They gave me a 1% raise which = .16 cents. 80 hours = 12.80 a month = 25.60 . How are you supposed to live of this. I can't pay bills with a .16 cent raise. Ricoh makes a lot of money, and they can barley pay there employees.
