Our manager compensates for problem employees by pushing extra work onto employees he knew would pick up the slack, then rides them when they were overworked because he knew we would get the job done while others slacked. Also, wouldn't back us vs. unrealistic customer demands. So I found a new job.

This company tends to favor the advancement of men. Hourly pay is low and raises and very low percentage wise. Management expects a lot for not enough pay.
