I have had quit a few bad experiences with the company. Mostly relating to poor training and the training of others. I overall will be looking for better job soon.

company has a good goals and objectives centered around customer service. They also support being environmentally friendly and sustainable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not acknowledged for past work experience, and feel I'm judged by the false stereotype for my gender and color.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my teammates pull up the slack for others and have a good attitude most of the time despite poor management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have had 2 interviews for this company for 2 different positions and it was more about convincing me to work for the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This company tends to favor the advancement of men. Hourly pay is low and raises and very low percentage wise. Management expects a lot for not enough pay.
