A couple of good co workers that put in an honest days work and confide in each other about the disappointment of the company,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better package or more wages so that you don't work full time at a fortune 500 company and qualify for lower class living.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a solid typical back and forth interview. The interview itself was good. It was what happens after you become a number with Ricoh.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my direct coworkers were solid. Most were not. You are paying people the least amount that you can get away with and are expecting top pay work. You know the world does not work like that. Quit with your propaganda.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our manager compensates for problem employees by pushing extra work onto employees he knew would pick up the slack, then rides them when they were overworked because he knew we would get the job done while others slacked. Also, wouldn't back us vs. unrealistic customer demands. So I found a new job.
