My team was wonderful to work with but then someone decided it would be a brilliant idea to outsource our entire department, so they falsified performance reports to justify it and earn themselves a big fat bonus. Ricoh is garbage from the top down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Immediate management was fine, but above that, short-sighted greedheads lining their own golden parachutes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make it competitive and err on the side of taking care of your people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Completely eliminate the executive structure and replace with people who actually care about ethics and the future of the company and its employees. I would say promote from within, but I don’t know if anyone who cared is still with the company or no
