I would feel better about the compensaiton if our medical benefits were fully covered there are high premiums for the options available.

My manager genuinely wants me to succeed.
Very high trust culture, no micro managing - they only care about outcomes. Not how you get there.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leader ship hates their employees thye need to care about their employees for them to remain the average life span of an employee is about 6 months. unclear if there are PIPS as people go missing often
