Risepoint Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

the week shut down from Christmas to New Years.

Review from Finance Dept

The health insurance is very afforable

Review from Customer Success Dept

I love the pharmacy and options

Review from Sales Dept

Satisfactory PTO benefits and flexibility with insurance coverage.

Review from Operations Dept

That part is company paid.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love the Tuition Reimbursement being 100%, that is awesome!

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love the amount of PTO we get.

Review from Operations Dept

I love my HSA plan.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The base pay is good.

Review from Marketing Dept

The volunteer PTO hours are very nice.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Additional benefits like adoption leave - progressive type of benefits not found at most companies (student loan assistance would be great as well)

Review from Sales Dept

I'm glad we have benefits.

Review from Marketing Dept

The amount of paid holidays. I love the new end of year shut down.

Review from Customer Success Dept

the provided time off and the HSA

Review from Operations Dept

the volunteer time off and flexibility

Review from Operations Dept

I like the salary and benefits. It's also nice to get perks for doing things that I already do---go to the gym, encourage others, etc.

Review from Marketing Dept

Salary is wonderful thank you

Review from Sales Dept

I like the Medical Benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

I really like the Well Works for you and Nectar programs that give me an opportunity to be rewarded for overall health and wellness as opposed to just employment/job position wellness.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The annual increase and bonus.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have seen a huge increase in cost of living so a COLA would make a huge difference as a 1 income household.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I feel for the amount of student interaction that being an FES takes, I would hope to be compensated more, as I am making the same as some of the teen workers in my area.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Overall, I feel as though my compensation should be higher. I don't necessarily feel as though I am recognized for contributions that I make to my department.

Review from Operations Dept

If we were not made to punch a clock like we work at McDonalds. Although it's a remote company Risepoint should realize that employees that were hired pre remote (pandemic) and should be treated fairly by location.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I believe I desire a higher raise when I have back over a year with no raise and have taken on more responsibilities.

Review from Operations Dept

Comparing my role to other companies we are not paid as much and have less PTO or perks like 4 day workweeks/half-day Fridays. We also moved from being salary to hourly, so there is less flexibility (and it seems like trust) in our jobs.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I would like to have more of an understanding of how to increase my salary and move up in the company.

Review from Operations Dept

needs to be more. Living below the property line

Review from Sales Dept

I am aware that I am in the lowest 1/3 pay scale of my field, as Wiley did that research and announced it before we were acquired.

Review from Customer Support Dept

With the buyout, our benefits did not cover many of my routine prescriptions. I had to switch or pay out of pocket. With that added cost as well as the growing cost of living, my compensation doesn't cover my cost of living without having to have a 2nd job.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I've only ever received cost of living increases, when they were available. I've given the company over 11 years of dedication and service and my baseline salary could reflect more than the average median level of compensation.

Review from Customer Support Dept

a good healthy raise and higher salary to combat the inflation rate. higher matching from Risepoint on 401K. Better health insurance. Happy Fridays!

Review from Customer Success Dept

The economy is terrible so therefore the pay does not help with the raise of inflation.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I believe that Retention Advisors are underpaid. Also, there have been no bonuses unless you are at the Team Lead level or higher.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Pay from my last company was under average

Review from Customer Success Dept

I do not feel that my position should be hourly and I do believe that someone in my position should be paid more. I took a position coaching and training retention specialist after having 5 years in the role. This position move as completely lateral and made less money than the people I am training.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Transparency in pay range and where I am in that range.

Review from Product Dept

My compensation has not changed much in recent years and inflation has been rising drastically. I am not paid enough to live comfortably. Raises and promotions are nonexistent.

Review from Admin Dept

Increase pay to compensate for the loss of PTO and benefits.

Review from Customer Success Dept

With having a masters degree I am not paid where I should be. Along with cost of living my salary isn't where it should be.
