Risepoint Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Working from home with fair compensation.

I appreciate the diversity of benefits offerings.

Review from HR Dept

Annual Bonus and Merit Increase

Review from HR Dept

I have a competitive base and good bonus component

Review from Sales Dept

The overall package because it complements each other. Continuing to explore ways to make more robust offerings in the future will be key.

Review from Admin Dept

The equity given to people at my level

Review from HR Dept

Fair and well compensated for execution

Review from Executive Dept

I feel like I make a fair salary and I appreciate the bonus compensation. The downside is there is no state differential and that my base salary has not even remotely kept up with inflation over the years. So, in my particular case, it has become harder and harder to make ends meet.

Review from Executive Dept

Working remotely, the number of holidays and time off.

Review from Operations Dept

I enjoy the option to complete tasks to get discounts off medical premiums.

Review from Product Dept

Work from home is the best.

Review from Legal Dept

Tuition reimbursement scheme - Risepoint "walks the talk"

Review from Product Dept

Ability to earn more money

Review from Executive Dept

Commission is mostly attainable. Some pieces feel like window dressing and wishful thinking.

Review from Sales Dept

The unlimited PTO and the money

Review from Executive Dept

The best part of my compensation package is the benefits

Review from Finance Dept

Healthcare benefits discounts and career progression opportunities

Review from Sales Dept

A good variety of offerings.

Review from Finance Dept

Pay is roughly in line with standards for equivalent positions.

Review from Product Dept

Being able to carry over PTO was nice. I enjoy Personify much more than Wellworks.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not paid the same as my counterpart.

Review from HR Dept

I sometimes feel undervalued due to a lack of transparency around compensation across teams and roles. Having a better understanding of how pay decisions are made, how roles are benchmarked, and what opportunities exist for growth or adjustment would help me feel more confident and aligned.

Review from Operations Dept

Due to the strenuous nature of the job and the importance of our role to the organization it does not seem to be compensated proportionately to its level of importance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

We get paid cost of labor and that is insulting. The people who work here are wise, intelligent, hard-working people with mandatory degrees, and to get paid by our labor and not to match the cost of living is truly a blow to our experience, abilities, and contributions to this company.

Review from Operations Dept

as a company we could compensations could be improved and annual increase could at least keep with cost of living increases. the past two annual increases have not even kept up with cost of living increases. Overall compensation is down when adjusted for cost of living.

Review from Operations Dept

I do not make enough money to live on my own in the state I currently reside in. The giveaways at the end of the year feel silly and I think the money would be better used to give employees larger salaries or holidays bonuses.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why is there a cap when you are promoted or move internally? If someone coming in is offered more than someone with years of experience at RP, it's unfair and indicates internal moves are not valued as much as external.

Review from Operations Dept

There is more to the position than what is listed on paper. Especially as you grow within the role, the more you learn and more responsibility you are given. Compensation should align with that and the rising costs of living expenses, etc.

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel undervalued because my current compensation does not align with market rates for comparable roles, given my skills, experience, and the scope of my responsibilities. Additionally, a 1% budget allocation for an inline promotion does not meaningfully reflect the level of contribution or impact

Review from IT Dept

The world that we live in is constantly increasing the cost of living, while the compensation does not keep up. Ideally, if the compensation I get for my role was more in tune with the increasing cost of living. I would also suggest some type of child care credit/support for parents.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Frequent changes & have noticed repeated terminations. There is an opportunity to enhance sense of job security.

Review from Product Dept

Role increase without comp increase matching the timeline. Working in new role with increased responsibilities for potentially months before comp increase.

Review from Product Dept

Transparency and pay scales. I am aware of other colleagues with the same title and less or equivalent work experience making more than I do.

Review from Marketing Dept

if i got more money based on the terrible shifts in the economy that are making everything more expensive.

Review from Marketing Dept

I feel purposefully undervalued. My role now takes on 90% of the marketing workload, with zero chances for pay raise, promotion, or growth opportunities.

Review from Marketing Dept

i have been with the company 8 years and have been working toward a senior title. i was told a pathway to senior is not currently in the structure of the business, so there's no way for me to move up unless i am recommended and even then it's not really possible. Im making 74k, another ID makes 100k

Review from Product Dept

The company has made the team so lean we are each expected to do the work of two employees.

Review from Marketing Dept

Risepoint seems to be on the lower side of salaries compared to the marketplace. I wish they didn't trap employees at the bottom salary ranges.

Review from Marketing Dept

In 3.5 years, I have had 3 directors and one interim leader. I am a solid contributor, need little direction, praised often, and every year rated as having an exceptional impact on the company however I've never gotten a promotion. My last company? I was there 11 years and received 8 promotions.

Review from Product Dept

need greater parity across positions
