I actually have never felt less apart of a "team". The atmosphere is work, work, work. Never a break. We need team builders. Too many mtg's on referrals. Micromanaging team leads. Treat us adults not kids. We're not Machines.

With the workload I dread Mondays. I feel everyone in my position is set up to fail. If I say anything I will be told to step down or will take a demotion rather than AP looking at the issue and fixing/altering the job roles. I am stuck.
