What makes you most happy at work?My job is very boring, but i can listen to music. Best part of the day. Coworker interactions; my job is easy. I can eat in the office. They pay me well. Office parties, I think im just thankful they dont give me a lot of deadlines.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone wants to do the work and go home. No one liking being in a factory. They know that at Rittal. Good communication. good times on the floor or in the offices. The company has mini activity's and ice cream days occasionally to boost moral and things like that.
