I enjoy the interactions with the families that visit the house.

The leadership does an awesome job of taking care of the house and the visitors.

Everyone i worked with was friendly. People stay onboard for years at this job. It's very easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well the enviroment is very friendly. I liked interacting with the families that stay at the house. This job feels like a community.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This place doesn't pay well if you're a part-time worker. I got paid $10 an hour,but there was never a raise. I'm not sure what fulltime workers receive.
