What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are horrible people who do not care about their employees
executive staff is not good at communicating within the organization. Development staff is the worst at this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 60+ hours and have been refused benefits and a fair compensation for 3 years now.
They avoid paying the people who work for them a livable wage at all costs. They rely on volunteers in an abusive way.
A comparable pay rate to similar jobs .
The compensation should reflect the demands of the position and be matched to how other companies compensate their employees in similar positions.
This place doesn't pay well if you're a part-time worker. I got paid $10 an hour,but there was never a raise. I'm not sure what fulltime workers receive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers are great, it is upper management that needs to chnage

Hire less white people and fire the upper management
