Terrible. Worked there for 2 months. Got no training at all. Got told I was a disappointment by my LCM for being upset with me for looking for a different job. Was pulled into 3 meetings and told that if i plan to leave they were not going to train me. I had no intention of leaving until that.

The patients sometimes because they were kind and patient.

The CSR manager was knowledgeable

Leadership or lack there of. My leader is inadequate and incompetent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I worked with had my back when they realized the company was failing me as an employee.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training. Time and resource management. Maintain employee privacy. This location needs a new leader all together. Someone with experience in leading a Healthcare office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt that I was paid just fine. But I learned that people who have been with the company and are assets are paid far less. Never knew what the benefits were because nobody ever showed them them me.
