Over-worked, underpaid, high stress, ZERO chances to take PTO that was earned, zero assistance from AM and RM because AM hired with Zero experience and didn't understand ANYTHING that was going on IN the location! At one time the patients were nice, very toxic work environment, stay far away!!!!!!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers at other locations are hard to deal with. They act like we're in competition instead of a team!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
No communication through the process i had to call for months while i was already offered the position to find out when i started, which waa 5-6 months later!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Patients are limited on oxygen and can only have a set number of tanks, set by somone not on oxygen! Help your locations by being there! Offer real solutions. Pay managers better they deal with so much, go shadow them and see.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
LEADING! I had to sit through hundreds of useless conference calls listening to Aaron talk about himself and Christian, who knows NOTHING, toot his own horn! they are "buddies" so he got good pay for little to no work! They offer no real solutions and micro manage irrelevant aspects of the location
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay raises! They hire new employees at a higher rate than they pay seasoned employees. Their billing teams always find a way to make you miss your billing mark to avoid paying out bonuses. You will not EVER get a raise! I worked there 12+ yrs ALONE and quadrupeled the patient base STILL no raise
