What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy process and they didn't really ask the "normal" interview questions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
EVERYTHING! No communication at all within the company "top level" and the normal location employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot needs to change but you won't find management asking what can be done to make things better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't do raises unless you go to a different job title that gets paid more and our bonus structure is ridiculous considering the pandemic
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything! They need better training for new hires, better management at location, realistic goals for bonus structure, decent and respectable employees and hold EVERYONE accountable regardless of job title
