Great PTO and flexibility. Pay is below average for those looking go advance internally. Career growth is difficult but most of the people are good to work alongside. Recent leadership changed, but our senior leadership has done amazing work with the company the last 10 years.

Willingness to listen to the field for ideas for improvement. They have also taken a company from bankruptcy to profitability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not enough staff to maintain operations in most departments. Being passed over for positions and left to mentor those hired for positions. Hiring from within, increasing head counts, and hiring staff that are better fits for positions would be helpful.
