Micro managing from top to LCM level. They are constantly changing bonus structure to where you never get a bonus or very very minimal. Training is horrible. i wont say they dont try and train because they do in their way but it is not helpful at all. The only con is PTO but come back to a mess.

everyone wants a paycheck but nobody wants to work

Need to add a human compasion aspect in the daily workings

Management needs to do better at being team players instead of micro managing

Better pay better bonus structure. Management needs to understand challanges of the front lines
