Wages are more than fair. Employees have the ability to earn more by being more productive.

Quick response to identified needs. Easy to reach and receptive to any issues. Always put the customers first.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees all have a positive attitude. Even with a fast pace environment and late discharges and setups. All remain positive and get the job done.

Interview was relaxed. Information gathered was appropriate for the position being sought. All questions and concerns regarding the position were answered during the interview or shortly afterward.
