I interviewed both over the phone and in person. It was pretty standard.

My local manager is amazing. He's kind, organized, excellent with customers and with staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I firmly believe that happy employees perform better and stronger. If employees felt valued, then it would change the entire atmosphere and in turn the customers would also benefit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe this company is 100% focused on profits above all else. During the pandemic they've made it even harder for us to earn commission, when its already challenging to do the day to day work.
