Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because new hires with no experience would start exactly your wage being there for years. Or get paid more then you, an if you ask for an increase they will ask who talked about pay an it was against the policy, yet they caused a hostile work place.

I am rehired employee i feel like my pay should be better.

better pay for what I do because I can go to McDonald's and get payed 18 per hour for doing less

The general manager at my location, assumes the worst of his employees. for example, i was sick with a doctors note, but when I tried to call out because i physically could not get out of bed, I was told to go in and prove to the general manger that i was in fact sick and that i wasnt faking.

i believe as a shift lead there should be better health benefits. And I also think we should stop paying servers the bare minimum of $2.13 because that causes us to owe so much in taxes at the end of the year it is unreal. last year i owed over $2000.

To actually get paid for the hard work I put in

I feel undervalued because of how i am treated.

salary history and experience as well as proven positive results all ignored. only negatives pointed out

Servers get nothing for their hard work from the company.

Review from Customer Success Dept

As a host, I make $3.50/hour + 3% tipped out from sales. I did the math that's barely enough to cover the rent of my current place of residency. In addition, hosts at other restaurants make at least $8.50/hour.

I frequently give verbally abused and attacked by coworkers and management says they do something but I don't believe it because it keeps happening again and again in the workers are still there

Because I'm a host! And there GM makes the host do all the servers job duties beginning of shift and end of shifts

We got treated like dirt. I would never work for you animals again. It's not even close to being true what you say about team and all that trash. Y'all are classless, bad people with one goal in mind, that's money. Nothing else y'all care about. It definitely ain't your employees that keep u working

Being able to feel confident that during this time, i will get full cooperation from Ruby Tuesday in gathering the necessary info required to apply for temp unemployment, so my family doesn't suffer.

Review from Sales Dept

There are alot of shifts especially starting out that the pay is extremely low.

Review from Sales Dept

Tbis Company has taken away my vacation time and refused to compensate hard working employees.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel valued as a men ever of the team and I know I add value to the team. My compensation could be higher but my tips exceed my goal often enough to compensate myself

Review from Customer Support Dept

If bartenders got paid at least minimum wage and had help with to go orders

Review from Sales Dept

I just started not two months ago so I have not been able to apply for benefits.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would like benefits for full time employees.
