I’d like higher quality guests at my location. When you advertise for meals cheaper than fast food you get low quality clientel

Because new hires with no experience would start exactly your wage being there for years. Or get paid more then you, an if you ask for an increase they will ask who talked about pay an it was against the policy, yet they caused a hostile work place.

I am rehired employee i feel like my pay should be better.

better pay for what I do because I can go to McDonald's and get payed 18 per hour for doing less

Need to hire people with some exp..there are 2people that have to pick up everyones slack and thats not fair ..AGM dosent make morning shift do anything no prep dosent check them out or make sure they do anything ..GET A NEW AGM

First my employee should be more respectful with they coworkers no one is Perfect I am a host at my job and one employees walked up to me and start telling me she's aggravated because I'm not doing my job right and that made me feel bad I didn't took it out with the manager but he never done nothing

my coworkers are not the reason to why i want to leave the company, its the management.

Higher ups need to listen to the employees and ensure that there is a clear link between staff at a resterant and the management up top, and when concerns are voiced take a genuine tone of concern for safety issues and workplace problems that need to be solved.

Our GM tends to say anything that comes to mind and is very unprofessional in interviews.
