Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

they don't value me. they make me come in extremely sick and made me wait 3 weeks for a check they received already

Pay scale is not condusive to the experience and talent of the employees

When we are told to take our pto by the district manager, then when we do request pto it gets denied. At the end of the fiscal year you lose the pto you didnt use. But was denied the chance to use it.

Because my manager didn't have any compassion, treated me like shit and I have a lot going on in my life and had to take a leave of absence which is why I am trying to contact HR because now that I'm ready to go back to work I can't because I can't be found in the system and nobody will help me

Yearly increases, would be appropriate.

Compensation is fine and we fo get a lot of benefits with discounts places, the discount at the store could be more, and tuition reimbursement would be nice.

Would like extra compensation for extra projects and assignments.

We get paid less than at most other companies. We are also given ridiculously high goals to meet with hardly an staff and are simple told to work more to get things done when we're alrwady doing over time.

They take your vacation time rather than ask if you wish to use it. If you are someone who cares about your family and need to care for them when they're ill expect occurrences and after a few of those you'll be looking for a new job.

Managers are not concerned about there staff well being.and are condescending.

Firstly a new, unbiased, fair district manager would certainly liven us us.

I wish i could be getting paid more per hour for what i do at the store. Putting all my effort everytime i clock in and not getting any help over half of the time from my team.

Benefits are terrible, pay too much for too little. Exec team is nickle and diming the employees so they can make big bonuses.

Maternity leave for pregnant women

I would like to have a better general manager. She makes me do everything at once and gets upset if im not doing all 20 tasks within 10 minutes.

My store manager has me doing more than my share of work but will not give me the time that was promised when she hired me. She keeps me tight above the required hours for my title as full time ASM.
