Being able to work comfortably and as a Part Time Manager showing my team that I appreciate their hard work but I can rarely do that if the Full Time Managers are around. We are not allowed to speak to each other in the work place. We are expected to persuade every customer to get cards.

I love working with my team, sometimes we have a contest on who gets the most fragrance or how many people we can help by demonstrating gift. We even had a few customers come up to us and say how great it is to shop where everyone is great friends.

District manager needs to do better, product and visual materials need to be at the stores before the date they are supposed to be on the sales floor.

We need higher pay. Because ours is so low its hard to hire anybody since a lot of places offer up to $5 more per hour for just part time sales associates.
The rue21 rivergate location didnt have meetings. All decisions are based off of he said she said, and even the district manager has a communication issue. Alot of this locations issues could be resolved with better conflic resolution and communication skills.
Managers should be made accountable.
CEO doesnt understand retail only TV. Exec team is nasty and makes bad decisons.
