My store manager has the work ethic and brains to be CEO but she is worked to the point that its inhumane and unethical. She did over 72 hours last week alone and our DM was aware of this ateocity yet took no action. Also, those 32 hours of overtime, doesnt get that because shes salaried.
Super supportive and communication is always easy. I have never had a problem and my team is very laid back

We had no solid information , and we've been asking for help for months . We were either ignored or belittled . Our pay is a slap in the face considering we are barely getting any off days .

Rue21 needs to take everyone's feelings into consideration when it comes to making large decisions. If there were better communication and less favoritism as far as race, this would be a grear place to work.
Not caring of staff personal safety..
Seeing their staff as people, raising pay, giving benefits to the associated, oh yeah and letting their diabetic teenage workers go on break before she faints at the cash wrap.
Everything. Especially being genuine human beings. They are the worst people but hide behind a smile.

Listening to there Assistant managers and associates. Making store managers more accountable. And stepping in when there is a problem. The DM and SM for my store are rude, self centered and have no idea how to LEAD ANYTHING! Investigate negative complaints a little better!
The district mangers need to be much more professional, even on stressful days. Being harassed by my district manager last weekend made it very apparent that I was considered less than valuable.
