the other sales associates are nice. manangment is horrible

The only things I can think of is the loyalty between the sales associates . We have had each other's backs when everything , including the company , was against us .

The people i work with directly in store are fun, but beyond that I don't think anyone in the company cares about us.

From manager, asm to associate we all have different strengths and we all learn from each other. Just about all of the associates I have worked for so far have been very mature and display a great work ethic

The associates work fine, management doesnt follow policy or communicate well.
Being noce to each other
Communication. Taking accountability, and work together not against each other.
The rue21 rivergate location didnt have meetings. All decisions are based off of he said she said, and even the district manager has a communication issue. Alot of this locations issues could be resolved with better conflic resolution and communication skills.
They should respect personal space.
not bringing drama from home, life, etc to the store
