Working together to get things done around the store and getting people to apply to work at our store.

Working with friends and being able to come in, get done what has to be done, and enjoying myself while there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish i could be getting paid more per hour for what i do at the store. Putting all my effort everytime i clock in and not getting any help over half of the time from my team.
