They need to make the store managers do better at training. They have the tools to properly train people but since the store manager is not held accountable for anything it is not being done. They also need to stop holding the assistant managers accountable for things they haven't been trained to do

I the best part of my compensation is the the amount of PTO that I earn. Every year I earn about 4 weeks of PTO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The part time assistant manager who had less experience was making more than I was as an assistant full time manager

I would like to have a better general manager. She makes me do everything at once and gets upset if im not doing all 20 tasks within 10 minutes.

My store manager has me doing more than my share of work but will not give me the time that was promised when she hired me. She keeps me tight above the required hours for my title as full time ASM.

Compensation should not only be something a working adult can live on, but also reminds me valuable even during days of reduced resources. I've had the responsibility of the entire store on my back for the last 3 weeks, my DM didn't help in anyway

I sat outside a bench to get interviewed which was extremely unprofessional.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my team, sometimes we have a contest on who gets the most fragrance or how many people we can help by demonstrating gift. We even had a few customers come up to us and say how great it is to shop where everyone is great friends.
