My overall experience has not been very good! I work for a store manager that doesn't correctly do her job leading this store. She leaves everything in the hands of her ASM's that she has not properly trained. And when this issue was addressed with district manager nothing was done!

I had the job before the interview due to word of mouth from another ASM that worked there
What makes you most happy at work?
I love doing what I do! Retail is something I've only been in for 4 years and I absolutely love it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My store manager has me doing more than my share of work but will not give me the time that was promised when she hired me. She keeps me tight above the required hours for my title as full time ASM.
