Was great until district manager completely wiped two stores. Fired people for no good reason, no job security, hired her personal friends and HR isnt doing anything about our concerns.

Nothing. They bully and harass the staff.

My coworkers are kind and amazing.. however my management is garbage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Firstly a new, unbiased, fair district manager would certainly liven us us.
