While they do care about employees, it really just feels like its on a surface level. They do a touch above the bare minimum and that's it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with and myself do our best to have a friendly and positive work place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people i work with directly in store are fun, but beyond that I don't think anyone in the company cares about us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need higher pay. Because ours is so low its hard to hire anybody since a lot of places offer up to $5 more per hour for just part time sales associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get paid less than at most other companies. We are also given ridiculously high goals to meet with hardly an staff and are simple told to work more to get things done when we're alrwady doing over time.
