Very full of drama..lies... No one works right there..every day there is always drama or always someone trying to get people fired or in people personal people's life.GM smoking vapes.. Gm all over place not knowing what to do asking ast manager what to do... Part ast manager always in a bad mood.

Old storm manager was awesome ... Never had drama till she stepped down!!
What makes you most happy at work?
I use to be happy at work till two new people came in and every since it has been toxic!!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staying out of people personal life worrying about rue21 when working and not outside of work buisness..hiring people who wants to work and leaving all on me .
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone needs to worry about work instead of worrying what's going on with other people and their personal life's. Worry bout what needs to be done and do it..no one works there..they are too busy worrying about drama..lines have been crossed!!!!
