Bad. They expect you to break your back for bad pay. Making under aged coworkers work extreme hours. Very poor management in my store we went without a store manager and managers for months at a time, in the end, our district manager got fired and the male worker above her. Fun times.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's a group interview, very unprofessional. Hard to speak and too much going on at once
