They encourage you to do better in and out of the store as well as to improve sales
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like as a manager you play every role. And often cover many hours. You spend time on and off the clock trying to make your store better and training others to do the same, but I dont think they compensate for that
