Daily I have to deal with a store manager that is only out for herself. She doesn't train associates or her assistant managers but is quick to get rid of them if they dont "fit in". She has caused such a turmoil in that place that everyday I want to quit! They need better upper management.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to there Assistant managers and associates. Making store managers more accountable. And stepping in when there is a problem. The DM and SM for my store are rude, self centered and have no idea how to LEAD ANYTHING! Investigate negative complaints a little better!
